WOOP: Your Battle Map

  • Define the mission. Be precise. Vague goals get vague results.
  • Visualize success. What’s on the other side of the grind?
  • Be honest. Time, doubt, laziness, distractions—name them.
  • Tactics over talk. Prioritize your threats and counter them with action.

TARGETED THINKING: ZEROED-IN EXECUTION

0 — RADICAL ACCEPTANCE (Face the Truth)

Radical acceptance of what is.

No more pretending. No more waiting.

You are where you are because of what you’ve done—or haven’t done.

Take a long hard look in the mirror and see yourself for what you currently are.

Own it. That’s power.

Too many people are scoreboard watching hoping it is magically going to change.

The score ain't gunna change just cause you looked at it. The Score is what it is.

Now, what are you going to do about it?

1 — WHAT DO YOU WANT? (The Mission)

Be surgical. Be bold. Get specific.

  • “I want to drop 20 pounds and finish the Leadville Trail Marathon in under 7 hours.”
  • “I want to finish the Hoka UTMB Mont-Blanc 100 Mile Trail Run”
  • “I want to make Morphletics one of the the most real, raw and transformative self development brands in America”

2 — WHAT DO YOU NEED TO GET THERE? (The Blueprint)

What’s missing from your arsenal?

  • A structured training plan?
  • A coach or accountability partner?
  • More sleep, better fuel, tighter routines?

3 — WHAT WILL YOU DO? (Tactical Execution)

Example 1: Fitness Goal

Wish: I want to lose 20 lbs and run Leadville in under 7 hours.

Outcome: I feel light, fast, confident. I’m proud of my discipline.

Obstacles: Cravings at night. Skipping workouts when tired. Poor sleep.

Plan:

  • Eat whole food, high protein meals throughout the day
  • Schedule workouts in calendar and train no matter what
  • No screen time after 8PM to protect sleep

Example 2: Business Goal

Wish: I want to grow Morphletics Instagram to 5,000 followers and 100,000 Subscribers on YouTube

Outcome: I have a way of reaching those who are lost and on the verge of giving it all up.

Obstacles: Overwhelm, lack of content creation knowledge, time

Plan:

  • Block out 2 hours everyday to build the Morphletics brand, non negotiable
  • Enroll in a content creation course or two
  • Film 2-3 sessions for B Roll every 2 weeks

Example 3: Mindset Goal

Wish: I want to build a stronger mind and emotional control

Outcome: I stay calm under pressure. Nothing shakes me.

Obstacles: Negative self-talk. Distractions. Past failures.

Plan:

  • Journal every morning using Targeted Thinking
  • Weekly Friday night runs to build resilience
  • Replace negative thoughts with a chosen mantra: “This is the way.”
